Inspired by the basque region of Spain, namely San Sebastien which is famous for its Pintxos (appetisers traditionally served on a stick), Wylde Sky Brewing & The Linton Kitchen have created fabulous pintxos paired with hand-crafted beers allowing you to sample some great local food. Think buffalo fed on spent grain from Wylde Sky, beer yeast bread from a local bakery, Scotch Eggs crumbed in the same bread, foraged ingredients from the village, local free range meat, gluts of sustainably grown veg from surrounding farms and cakes using Wylde Sky brews.
Guaranteed to be a fast-paced feast for friends - live music, plentiful pintxos and plenty of beer will keep you up until the early hours!
We loved Paddy & Lloyd on guitar and uke when they debuted at the Taproom. So they back to make this party swing. DJs will take us on from there.
