Traditional English Best. Hopped with Challenger and East Kent Golding.

Our brewer’s heritage is traditional cask ales, and he finally got his way, we first brewed this stunning ale in February 2024. Traditional Best, primarily brewed with Best, Crystal, and Amber malts with hint of low chocolate. Perfectly balanced with a full-bodied malty presence. Together with an English yeast strain, we have a delicate nuttiness and delightful amber/copper colour. Unlike all our other beers, this beer is fined but still vegan friendly.

Malts: Best Ale, Crystal 150, Cara, Amber, Low Chocolate

Yeast: Windsor
