Food truck is Pizza Mondo. Mark, Joanne and the team are pizza obsessives, cooking up their version of Neapolitan pizza. Bringing you a little bit of pizza theatre to accompany the aromas of the back streets of Naples. They hand stretch to order, their fresh home made dough, then top it with the best quality ingredients, before firing at around 475 degrees centigrade in the wood fired ovens for 60-90 seconds. What’s not to love! Hatches 5-8pm.
